At Jainam Kothari Research, clients are requested to review the service details, fees and applicable terms carefully before making a payment.

Once research services have been provided for a particular period, fees for that completed period will not be refundable. If a client requests premature termination of an active subscription, a proportionate refund for the unexpired service period will be processed in accordance with applicable SEBI regulations and agreed terms. No cancellation or breakage fee will be charged.

Refunds will not be provided on the basis of investment losses, market performance or dissatisfaction with the outcome of any research recommendation.

In case of a duplicate payment, the additional amount will be refunded to the original payment method within [7–10 working days] after verification.
