• Assess investment decisions according to their financial goals and risk capacity.
• Make payments only through officially stated banking or payment channels.
• Provide accurate and updated information during onboarding.
• Maintain proper records of payments and communications.
• Use their own judgment before acting on any research recommendation.
• Report suspicious communications, impersonation or guaranteed-return claims immediately.

• Deal only with a SEBI-registered Research Analyst.
• Ask questions and understand the recommendation before investing.
• Consider the risks, liquidity and suitability of every investment.

• Keep trading, demat and banking accounts under your own control.

Important Don’ts

• Do not expect or demand guaranteed or assured returns.
• Do not transfer investment funds to the Research Analyst for trading.
• Do not share passwords, OTPs, PINs or trading credentials.
• Do not make decisions solely based on market rumours or promotional messages.
• Do not act on unauthorised tips claiming to represent Jainam Kothari Research.
